Share calendar (Exchange)

 

Outlook 2016 Share calendar

 

This guide is based on Microsoft Outlook 2016.

  1. Open Microsoft Outlook
  2. Go to calendar
  3. Right click on your calendar and select “Share” and “Share Calendar”
  4. Fill in who in your company you want to share the calendar with and what rights the person should have.
  5. Select "Send"

Congratulations your calendar should now be shared!
