Privacy Policy

This policy applies from 25 / 5-2018

CoMaSys processes personal information about users of our website, employees of the CoMaSys Group (all companies owned by CoMaSys) and our customers. We protect the personal data and follow the applicable law at all times to protect the personal data that we process.

In all cases, it is our goal to maintain a high level of protection of personal data.

How we protect personal information

CoMaSys processes personal data legally, fairly and in a transparent manner. We have therefore taken appropriate technical and organizational measures so that personal data is always protected against, for example, loss, tampering and unauthorized access. We continuously adjust our security to keep pace with technological developments.

What personal information do we process?

CoMaSys only processes personal data when we have the processing authority to do so. CoMaSys only processes ordinary personal data but not CPR numbers, criminal offenses or sensitive personal data. CoMaSys only stores personal data for as long as is necessary and only to fulfill the purposes required by the processing. We have clear rules that ensure that information is not stored longer than necessary.

When do we pass on personal information?

CoMaSys never discloses personal information to external (ie to third parties) parties without the data subject's consent, unless there is legal evidence to the contrary or we are required to do so by a court. To further secure us against the disclosure of personal information, all employees of CoMaSys are subject to professional secrecy. This means that we do not unjustifiably pass on or utilize confidential information that comes to our knowledge through our work.

Securing third party treatment

CoMaSys may use data processors outside of CoMaSys. External data processors only process personal data on behalf of CoMaSys for the specific purposes for which the data was originally collected and only on instructions from CoMaSys. We have a number of minimum security requirements for the protection of personal data that CoMaSys' data processors must always meet.

In principle, CoMaSys does not transfer personal data to countries outside the EU and the EEA, but if it is necessary for us to fulfill a legal or contractual obligation to a customer, this can take place. In such cases, CoMaSys enters into data processing agreements with these subcontractors in accordance with EU / EEA rules to ensure a high level of protection. The agreements ensure that the subcontractors' processing of personal data takes place in accordance with the applicable EU / EEA rules on data protection. The terms and conditions of the agreements always meet the requirements of the European Commission and the applicable data protection legislation.
