This guide will show you how to add your email to your Android mobile.

For the guide you must use your email address, e.g. mail@comasys.dk and the password you have chosen

On your device, go into Settings.

You can find it below Apps / Applications.

Under settings, find and press Accounts and sync

Press add Account

Press mail

Enter your full email address, e.g. mail@comasys.dk and then press NEXT.

Enter your password and then press MANUAL CONFIGURATION.

As Account Type, select IMAP.

Inbound settings:

Check that Username is your full email address, e.g. mail@comasys.dk.
IMAP server must be named: mail1.comasys.dk.
Port must be: 143.
For Security Type, select STARTTLS.
Then press NEXT.

Outbound settings:

SMTP server must be named: mail1.comasys.dk.
Port must be: 587.
For Security Type, select STARTTLS.
Check that Username is your full email address, e.g. mail@comasys.dk.
Then press NEXT.

Choose how your email should be synchronized.

Press NEXT.

Choose yourself how you want to be notified of new mail in your inbox.

Press NEXT.

Choose your account name and your name and then press FINISH SETUP. 

Your email is now set up and you can now send and receive emails on your Android.
